Effective July 27, 2026
Todd McKeever Resources ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in, we store the email address you use with the sign-in link.
- Membership status. We reference your email against the current Substack Inside Track subscriber list to determine whether you have access to member-only resources.
- Activity. We record which resources you save and recently viewed so those lists work across devices.
- Technical data. Standard server and browser information (IP address, user agent, timestamps) is used to secure the service and diagnose issues.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and keep your session active.
- Grant or deny access to member-only resources.
- Provide personal features such as saved items and recent views.
- Respond to support requests you send us.
- Protect the service from abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to host the site, deliver email, and store data. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
We keep account, membership, and activity data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Your choices
- You can stop using the service and request account deletion.
- You control your Substack subscription directly on Substack; ending it will end your member-only access here on the next sync.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
