These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Todd McKeever Resources (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the email address you use to sign in and for keeping access to that inbox secure. Some resources are available only to active members of the Substack Inside Track subscription. Access is confirmed against the most recent subscriber sync.

Acceptable use

• Do not share your sign-in link with others.
• Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly post member-only resources.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the Service.

Intellectual property

All content in the Service, including frameworks, guides, summaries, and other written material, is owned by Todd McKeever or its respective authors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for your own leadership work. All other rights are reserved.

Third-party links

The Service links to third-party sites and documents (for example, hosted PDFs). We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Use judgment appropriate to your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todd McKeever is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
